The Founders

We met in high school and have spent more than a decade building together.

Along the way, we watched software reshape industries that once seemed impossible to change. But one industry stood apart. Healthcare touches every person on the planet, yet it remains incredibly difficult to operate at scale.

We started Arini because we believe the next generation of healthcare organizations will be built differently. Better operations create better patient experiences, and better patient experiences create better outcomes.

Abdul Jamjoom

Cofounder, CEO
Abdul studied at Harvard, where he worked on NLP research for low-resource languages, before leading Search and Applied AI at Threads (acquired by Shopify). He now leads Arini’s mission to give every patient the quality of care they deserve by reinventing the operations behind healthcare.

Rami Rustom

Cofounder, CTO
Rami worked as a software engineer at a couple of startups, during and after, studying CS at MIT. Before Arini, he worked at Threads (acquired by Shopify).

Bryan brings a broad base of experience to Arini as our Head of Growth, graduating from MIT with a degree in Electrical Engineering and holding positions at Tesla, Goldman Sachs, SpaceX and Apple before joining Arini's founding team

Abizer Lokhandwala

Engineering
Abizer studied CS at UC Berkeley, where he was a member of the Open Computing Facility. Before Arini he worked on distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure optimization on the Core Systems team at Meta.

Vaibhav Jayaraman

Vaibhav studied CS at UC Berkeley, where he was a member of the Open Computing Facility. Before Arini he was a software engineer at Meta for 6 years where he worked on the pub/sub systems that handled the data for everyone using Meta products.

Shehryar Bajwa

Most engineers have never closed a deal. Most salespeople have never built anything. Shehryar has done both, twice. First, going from a career in sales to software engineering. Then as a founder in retail and manufacturing. At Arini, he's a Forward Deployed Engineer, embedded onsite at healthcare enterprises across America, building voice AI and revenue cycle automation in the rooms where the work actually happens, alongside the people doing it alongside the people doing the work
